Turn a creator list into five good decisions
A match score gets you a candidate. Use a quick evidence check to decide who deserves a personal pitch.

Start with the viewing experience
Pick five candidates from Start here. This is a manageable first batch, not a target that guarantees results. Open each channel and watch enough recent material to understand what its viewers come for. A shared game can hide a mismatch: a channel teaching competitive builds may be a poor fit for a slow, story-led game in the same setting.
Write one sentence: ‘This creator's viewers might enjoy my game because…’ Name a mechanic, mood, challenge, or format. If the only reason is subscriber count, keep looking.
Keep three pieces of evidence
- Fit: a recent video or stream you inspected, plus the aspect of your game that connects to it.
- Access: the contact method the creator currently requests on their own channel. An email in a result is a lead to verify, not proof of identity.
- Readiness: a playable build, a clear gameplay link, and an honest description of the time needed to try it.
Give uncertainty a place to live
Save promising creators to My outreach. Use the notes for ‘reviewed [video title], liked the experimentation, asks for email pitches.’ Put ‘check language’ or ‘recent uploads are all sponsored’ beside uncertain candidates. Review them before sending; do not turn missing information into a positive claim.
PlayScout's rank and shortlist help you decide where to look. They do not predict a reply, promise coverage, or verify that a contact still works. The free preview lets you inspect the shape of the results before buying the full list.
Your next action
Choose one saved creator and open Outreach tools. Use the actual observation you recorded to build the first pitch. If none of five candidates fits, change your comparison games before buying more searches.
Try this with your own matches
Use a real creator, write an honest observation, and check your handoff before sending.
